Sit in at Leith Bottle Shop

We have been working towards getting permission from Edinburgh Council to add a small sit-in area to the shop, offering the very best beer on tap to drink in. We believe this will be essential to ensure the sustainability of the business into the future.

The Licensing Board are now seeking views on our proposals from the public. Having positive representations about our plans could really help our case. If you are keen to see us set up a sit-in area, please email your comments to licensing@edinburgh.gov.uk and include the following:

• Premises address: Leith Bottle Shop, 30 Great Junction Street, EH6 5LA
• Your name and address
• Your signature (you should just be able to type your name)

While the Licensing Board will consider all views, they are most interested in hearing about how you think these proposals relate to their Licensing Objectives, so comments that relate to how our plans will have a positive impact on the following are especially helpful:

• Preventing crime and disorder
• Securing public safety
• Preventing public nuisance
• Protecting and improving public health
• Protecting children and young persons from harm
