Delivery Information
We deliver to most UK mainland addresses, including the Scottish Highlands for no extra charge. * Please note we currently cannot send orders to Northern Ireland, British Forces Overseas (BFPO) or most non-mainland addresses.
We are able to deliver to the Scottish Islands, but these orders will be subject to a supplement of at least £15.00. Please contact us to discuss this before placing your order.
Deliveries within the Edinburgh bypass will be made by our friend cargo bike courier, CADi.
Orders will not be dispatched while the shop is closed, but orders can still be placed for dispatch when we reopen. Please review our opening hours for details of any upcoming closures.

We will automatically send you tracking information where available, and you may be able to reschedule the delivery day directly with the courier if it is not convenient. As per our 'Challenge 25' policy (below), we cannot accept instructions to leave orders in a 'safe place'.
To reduce our environmental impact, orders are packaged in recycled packaging from our producers and can be recycled again!
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available for you to collect your order from the shop during opening hours. Your order will be ready for collection within 24 hours, but is often ready sooner. You will be sent a notification by email or text when your order is ready to collect. Please note this not a chilled service.
Please bring your order confirmation email or text with you and review our 'Challenge 25' policy before using this service. You may ask someone to collect the order on your behalf, but please provide them with the order confirmation to allow them to collect the order.
Orders will be held for 7 days, after which they will cancelled and refunded – contact us if you need longer to collect.
Challenge 25
We operate a 'Challenge 25' policy. Our couriers have been instructed only to leave parcels with the named recipient and you may be asked to provide ID on delivery. Please note that this means instructions given at checkout to leave packages in a 'safe place' cannot be honoured.
For Click & Collect orders, the person collecting the order may be asked for ID to prove they are over 18.
